The organizational development (OD) manager position acts as organizational development liaison and advisor to the organization’s leadership and facilitates the organization’s initiatives across the organization. The OD manager plans, develops, implements and administers HR programs for company employees. This position is also responsible for development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

License/Certifications/Education:
 
Bachelor’s degree in training and development, leadership development, organizational development, human resources or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
 
CPLP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR or CHHR preferred

Responsibilities:
 
Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of BSA Health System.
 
Manages the design, implementation, and delivery of the training and development.
 
Accountable for successful ownership and delivery of orientation and onboarding, cultural enhancement, team building, managerial training, leadership development, and succession programs.
 
Analyze and identify development needs to drive training initiatives. Implement an effective needs analysis and measurement strategy to evaluate performance and demonstrate trainings impact on the employees and the organization.
 
Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and leadership development curriculum so skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.
 
Builds and maintains strong relationship with senior leaders, key business stakeholders, subject-matter-experts, vendors, suppliers, and professional organizations.
 
Direct all training and development activities to ensure they executed efficiently, cost effectively, and in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
 
Responsible for aligning work to BSA’s business, cultural, and talent management strategies, and seeks to collaborate across teams to drive the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

Qualification/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
 
Two years of leadership training experience
Strong communication skills
Well developed presentation skills able to convey subject matter to diverse groups
Ability to lead projects in conjunction with staff, peers, and fellow employees
Ability to multi-task, handle stressful situations
Organized, works efficiently
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
