Facility Services Project Manager FT Days

Shift: Day
Schedule: Full - Time Regular

Job Summary: 
The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short to long-term projects which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities, works closely with other Facility Managers and coordinates closely with the Facilities Construction Manager.

Education/Licensure/Certificates: 
PMP, PE, or Similar
University Degree in a related subject, B.S. or higher preferred.


  Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 
5+ years project management experience, specifically in a construction environment.
Preferably in a healthcare environment.
Preferably with $20 million+ project scope
Experience in all aspects of construction project management including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost accounting, project timelines, plan verification, site inspections, regulatory compliance, project presentations.
Position requires fluency in English language to function in job environment appropriately
Must exhibit desire to exemplify the BSA culture, including the BSA Mission, Vision and the BSA Way
Good interpersonal and customer service skills 
Good organizational and follow-through skills
Ability to multi-task constantly and tolerate interruptions
Knowledge of project management
Knowledge of Architectural and Engineering principles and techniques
knowledge of construction means and methods
Skillful articulation
Broad presentation skills including the use of software such as Microsoft Power Point, Project, etc.
Ability to Read and understand construction drawings
Knowledge of and ability to use AutoCAD or similar drawing database
